House Passes HB 407

Recently the House passed House Bill 407. This legislation creates the criminal offense of unauthorized location tracking through the use of electronic tracking devices. I was proud to introduce an amendment to this legislation which would require that the cost for removal of these electronic tracking devices be the responsibility of the defendant not the victim. My amendment to House Bill 407 passed the House unanimously.
