HARRISBURG, PA — Rep. Shelby Labs (R Bucks) and Sen. Jarrett Coleman (R-Bucks & Lehigh) announced that Kingdom Patrons, a local initiative focused on revitalizing the historic Glassworks Factory property at 306 N. 5th St. in Perkasie Borough, has been approved for a $1,8 million tax credit through the Commonwealth’s Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP). NAP’s funding was doubled from $36 million to $72 million in the 2024-25 enacted state budget that Labs supported.
